The CBO Score Is Subjective
According to all of the like George Mason economists, they'll tell you it costs $33 trillion dollars over 10 years. What does UMass Amherst say? I think they said like 12 trillion. And then there was a urban institute score of 26 trillion. So scoring is subjective. You end up with this process is based on institutions that are supposed to not be political.
