How Many Years Have You Been Through Y2K?
I think people are more used to these giant upheaval. Fortunately, I was not buying all tech in 99. Although for folks who just held the S&P 500 at that time, they were 40% tech without knowing it. Right now, there have been very few places to hide. The real estate that I have liked in the last couple of years has been supply chain, warehousing, distribution center, industrial real estate. It hasn't been shopping malls for heaven's sakes. And so there are opportunities out there, but you really have to dig for them.
