Mastery Checks
Teaching a large amount of content sneaks in the need to have a very complicated mastery check with like, interconnected parts. I think it's better to have two short lessons than one big lesson with both concepts in it. So your unit might be a little bigger, but it's the same amount of content. It's just more check points, more time for you to see it. And then if you're requiring any note or practice work, that should also take place as well.
