Making Not Quitting a New Habit
Many of us have quit for the wrong reasons in some time in our past. We don't want to make quitting a habit, we could actually decide to make not quitting a new habit that we're practising. What are some of the most common reasons why we why we pull the plug or bail on or our goals, or our dreams, or whatever it happens to be? And and we've got a few written down here, but i may to start with number one, which is that we're not seeing the benefits.
