The process is much more driven by your developments in deals, rather than anything that's happening in the broader market. So our process is figuring out, ok, where are we likely to have to buy this stock when it reopens? Where do we think that the stock will trade over the next few months and then divide the loss per share into the dollar amount we're happy to risk on that particular transaction. We don't intend to go below quarter risk sition. If wherever the stock is opening looks far too cheap to us, we'll probably buy it more aggressively than we would otherwise.
