John Defterios: I think of the product person as a facilitator first and foremost. He says PMs who are dictatorial or command and control almost end up with poor products. Product manager's job is to figure out what customer behavior changes will lead to that business outcome, he says. What dimension is an analyst really delivering a ton of value on?
