Rabbis were taught to teach in questions. They believed if they could get you to question, not just a wrong, but also truth that that opened the door to actually connect with god. The teaching of the rabbi was called being in the dust of the rabbi. That's, i think that what you said is profoundly powerful, incredibly simple, and also relevant to the people who are watching us.
