It took him from going like to baseball for a few years to realize that he actually did miss it. Like quite a lot of the time, I'd say once every month or something, I'll just get kind of drained. But when you're starting out, it's always just an illusion. Because most people aren't doing anything. So it's just an illusion that they should rest and everything.
