I've Had to Say, No, That Doesn't Work

The best way to discuss anything is on the mailing lists. Don't just throw code at us and go away and come back in two weeks, because if you do, you'll find those questions or follow up questions that were filed 30 minutes after your pull request was made,. Then it's been dead silent for two weeks. If a litner had an idea or an improvement or something, how would you recommend they reach out?
