How to Layer on a Cream Blush
In layers is the key. And I typically look at the client and say, you ate the blush, we need more. Some cream blushes are super emollient, some of them are less emollient,. So it literally is an in process kind of thing. However, I do like the idea of leaning more towards a cream blush because I want the skin to look supple in the end.
