The Twitter Bird Logo
The original version of the bird was actually an eye stock photo by a british graphic designer. The founders paid 15 dollars for the original bird, and that became the 20 logo. It's because you could sort of use a bunch of circles, use the edges of circles, to create the exact shape of the bird. And then everyone sort of looked at each other like, wavit.
