At level one, you trust someone enough to solicit their opinion. Level two is advising and involves the person in the decision-making process. You get to level five when you are delegating everything other than final sign-off. And then we're at the final level which is level six and that's full autonomy. So using my zell six levels you can combine this with the Eisenhower matrix to say to yourself Okay, what's either important but not urgent or unimportant?
Episode 45: Alex Lieberman (@businessbarista) admits he sucks at delegating but that doesn’t mean you should too. This Founder’s Journal is all about knowing when and how to delegate. It’s essential to every business leader because even if we want to do it all, trying to do it all could mean getting nowhere fast. Try these 2 tools to help you organize your tasks and delegation.

#1 - Order Taking
#2 - Investigating
#3 - Advising
#4 - Supervised Autonomy
#5 - Rule-based Autonomy
#6 - Full Autonomy
