Nurses are delivering exceptional care across the country, but we're on the brink. The job of nurse is a little bit part sociologist as well, where you have to be able to relate to people. Executives in the health care system are not listening to nurses concerns and acting upon those concerns when they tell them. And i would even argue that there might be a small element of social work in trying to just connect with people on a normal human basis.
