Engineering Efficiency - A Career Path at Delta
As a system's engineer you're just trying to get things working and making sure the capabilities are available. But when you're trying to make that work flow more effective and more efficient, you have look at the entire picture. There is that working only with the technical stacker, you worried about the people as well. It was a very heavy lift to o transform the tools, but even a heavier lift to instill a devops mentality. The cultural ship was the biggest. And we stood up a dojo er where teams came in, and we tried to just instill acount of that cultural knowledge. So that, i think, was really effective.
