One thing i have seen studies on for mosquito bites, thus came out of u c s f. When you a bite, it increases histomine and makes it crath itch more later. But if you scratch distal to the bite, like a couple inches further down the limb, it helps give relief. It tricks the nerves and does not increase histomine. So can a free tip, just scratch a little bit beyond your you mean, close to the heart, or further from the heart, further from the Heart, ok? so away from your heart.
