In terms of marginalized communities, I'd say the problem is twofold. There's no facial recognition system that just automatically leads to Robocop being dispatched. Instead, what tends to happen is that it's either used where there are existing suspects for a crime or alerts for suspicious people are funneled to some central surveillance office. In both cases, you run into some very human biases. The answer is minority spaces and minority groups.
