The Role of a Design Consultancy in Team Performance

The question of is my team designed right. Do I have the right skills to add the right capabilities what capabilities do we need to add? And so a lot of teams are, especially inside of enterprise organizations are designed for like day to day optimization building stuff out knocking things out and getting stuff done. So if we get invited in as a design consultancy, we'll look at the team makeup and see what they need it, need us to do. Sometimes it's a case of us advocating for the ideas they've already put forth.
