What Is Multi Polarity?
For much of human existence, the world was really a kind of multi polar world. Now i would argue that we're going into a new kind of multi polarity. We see this attempt by china and also, to an extent, russia,. although russia doesn't have a socialist government but china does. Capitalist class benefits most from extracting resources from russia in order to turn it into a capitalist power. Because neo liberalism is the phase of capitalism of us. Unipolergemine. The name pretty much explains itself. It's multiple puls of power.
