A lot of times the dynamic between a young person and an elected official around digital stuff is asymmetrical in multiple ways. I think the reason that people follow politicians online, you know, on social media or sign up for an email list, etc., is because they really want information and context. So we do a lot to try to help our candidates really figure out how can you communicate about the work you're doing in a way that makes people feel really engaged?
