The French Retirement Age Is 64

The French president Emmanuel Macron forced through raising the retirement age from 62 to 64. He tried to get a vote for it in French Parliament, but he wasn't going to have a vote. Americans would never strike over this, right? In France, clearly, they're like, it's good and noble to retire as early as possible.
