Is There a Right of Limited Liability?

In the nineteenth century corporations which had limited liability was a corporation in 18 fiftis, iwas like e people in a town getting together a deciding to incorporate for a particular purpose. My own feeling is that there shouldn't be such a right, but that's a different issue of limited liability. I take the same position as basically the republican party under abraham lincoln - subordinating yourself to a master is an intolerable attack on human rights and human dignity.
