Veritas and the Wiretapping Suit
Project Veritas was sued for violating wiretapping laws and fraudulently misrepresenting themselves, this time to a democratic consulting firm. O'Keefe actually sued the Suffolk County District Attorney over a Massachusetts law batting the covert recording of government officials. Even as Veritas began dealing with the wiretapping suit, they were also sued for having a dangerous workplace environment. A 61 year old woman in Toneyetta's Appeara said that she was sexually assaulted and harassed by Veritas Field Director Michael Spadone.
