The judge seemed very much like the judge sort of had the X about the statute. Sarah, what were your thoughts? Yeah, I actually thought that this opinion was not terribly persuasive to me. David: Ultimately the statutes broad language clashes with the First Amendment type constraints. For instance, a public library does have to have some things in effect so that minors don't go to the public library to view pornography. That's not a First Amendment problem. What are they talking about?
