The Dogma Shredding of Diuretic Studies

Tonight, we are supposed to wrap our heads around the idea that fiazides do not reduce kidney stone recurrence. Back in 2018, we looked at antibiotic usage in the association with subsequent kidney stone events. And tonight, we're going to look at a study that I think is impeccably done that does show no effect on a patient oriented outcome of recurrence of kidney stones with using a hydrochlorothiazide.
