i don't know if they collect, as far as i know, they don't collect information about your im demographic or at least not detailed inform. One thing that i don't know also, is how a reviewer ids about the diversity of the research team. Do we under represent gae people? I honestly don't know. Like, would some reviewers be like, oh, you know, she's gay. Let's like bump her up a little bit? Another of yours would be like, we have enough gay people. That doesn't get you anything. But it doesn't seem like it gives them any guidance for which of those to waight, more heavily, right? Yes
