Tracy: There's a lot of reasons that you can be frustrated in your work. And one of them is if you don't know who you are and what you were made to do. So let's talk about the six types of working genius here. Tracy: Of those six, everybody has two that we would call working genius. They're joyful when they do them and naturally good at it as a result.
