My mum was a teacher. She said to me many times that the profession is completely different to what it was. I'm hearing, well, look, we're going out on strike because we've been offered 5% inflation to 10.7%. That's in our standard of living, and we can't afford that. So that's one aspect of it. And it's interesting when you talk to her teachers, the teachers that seem to be among the most militants in the schools are actually quite young. They're in their late 20s, they're in their early 30s. In places like London, where they absolutely cannot afford to buy a house anywhere near the school they teach in
