The $64,000 Question: How to Transform Talk to Build Housing

Are you seeing a different approach from politicians? I think everyone recognizes. Talk is cheap though, as they say. The $64,000 question is what we do to take that language and that support and then actually transform it into actually building something. To date, while I'm really more of a half-class empty person, frankly, I'm a little pessimistic.
