The Future of HR in the Next Five Years
I think we're starting to run into a busyness crisis. We've had an emotional mental health crisis. I want to do talent so that my customers, my products for me,. I want to doing compensation so that and getting that value mindset is just so critical. My personal commitment is somewhere between 15 and 25% new material every 12 to 18 months. When I'm just busy, I hope people are thinking and observing in ways that will create value.
