How to Make for Economics Radio?

I wonder if you can help me come up with some short cuts for how we make for economics radio, because i love it. So it starts with an idea, and then there's research. And even though there are, i'm sure, thousands of short cuts built into this process, the labor intensivity doesn't seem to change that much. A current episode isn't ten times better than an episode we made five years ago with less technology. I think you should celebrate the fact that your programme is because of its needing all that hard work. You're not re inventing the wheel every time.
