The people ops approach to diversity equity and inclusion D E is very core to your continuous learning in this role. How would you say that compares to traditional HR? It's more just kind of like as we get the person in or get the different type of employees in whether they have a different type of background as far as ethnicity religion race whatever have you create. We then work on it then. Whereas I feel like the approach with people and culture is let me go do some research and see the different types of genres of people out there.
