How to Buy a Recruitment Agency
If there's got really good team members, that's always attractive to me. We've got 150,000 people on database for party pieces. That's a huge value. I would always prefer to buy a well run, but as cheap as possible. But I have bought some that are disastrous. Very rarely would I buy a business without a team. The team is really important. Otherwise, you're just buying yourself a loose and a timed empire.
