Strandings of Whales in the Canary Islands

In 19 96, a nato military exercise off the coast of greece coincided with the stranding of 12 a cuviers beaked whales. Another one in may, two thousand in the bahamas, lod loud, mid frequency sonar stranded a number of whales. So obviously there'e a lot of people around the world that care a lot about this and are trying to work to just learn more about how to handle this.
