The Importance of Partnerships in General Practice
I wouldn't be put off by partnership at the moment. Partnerships have been very good and they've been the bedrock of NHS general practice for many years. They allow you as individuals to take control of your service delivery. If any commercial business got the patient satisfaction surveys that general practice gets, they'd be delighted. Very few other businesses out there will get such a strong support from their actual customer base as general practice does. Just go into it at the eyes open, definitely.
