Is the Theory of Goal Setting Relevant?

There are a bunch of questions in the chat. Are there any that are real short to answer? Can you tell? Well, I'd love to talk about all of them. The one about integrating psychology and philosophy is not short. So why don't I just go through them quickly? Is that okay? Sure. Ed Locke's book, Theory of Goal Setting, which is this book, it's actually Locke and Latham, a theory of goal setting and task performance. Question is, is this relevant? "It's definitely relevant in my view"
