I think I've diagnosed maybe two or three been the person who diagnosed like high likelihood of a TOA or PID. It was like this quote, chandelier sign or the patient was it street. Is that the typical positive cervical motion tenderness or adenetal tenderness? This is not confusing. You really, you're in the area where you should be localizing and they are having pain beyond just having the exam done.
