Ukraine Needs Everything Yesterday, but What Are the Hard Decisions?

If the Iranians are indeed going to be start supplying some, what are essentially short-range ballistic missiles, I think that does open up the question of whether the United States or frankly other powers could supply Ukraine with ATACOMs. We also have short stocks and we do need to steward our resources, looking for the deterrence of China. This is going to be a big challenge. Is what are the really, really hard decisions? What do we say no to on these things?
