Creating Outcomes When Everything Depends on It

When you can't turn around and get back on those boats, you're forced to create outcomes. Does this mindset come easy? No, I don't believe it does. Took me into my mid-20s to realize, hey, I'd never done anything without a life raft or a safety net. And the result was above average that plenty of things was great at none.
