The Supreme Court Does Not Do Fact Finding
The Supreme Court does not do fact finding. The facts of this case are a great example of how bullshit it is, because going to college is absolutely economic activity. It totally determines how and whether you can participate in the economy. And when she reenters is going to be in a substantially different economic position because of where her education stopped. That is economic. There's just no way around it.
