The Unintentional Communities of Food

In today's world, we require processed food. The more disconnect that we have between what I would think of as like metabolic communities and the actual environment in which they live, the more we're going to kind of see this dynamic of a fourth tier food processing. So my goal in terms of the system that I'm trying to design is to try to create what I'm referring to as unintentional communities. They are geographically located within proximity and are really about trying to maximize the communal freedom of choice when it comes to the food supply.
