What Is the Timing When We're Asking Employes These Questions?

i wonder if the timing when we're asking employs these questions makes a big difference to you. Cause i think that was a big transition for people to go from, you know, working in offices because that was the norm. And now we're on the other side of it, where working from home is the norm for many of us. So i'm more curious as to how, david, you think about the timing of that.
