Is the United States a Default Prosecution Authority in These Cases?
I don't think the united states should act as as the world's a default prosecution authority in these cases. Every country should certainly have lead responsibility for dealing with the aftermath of the situation visa their own citizens, for better or worse. A number of countries have taken to citizenship stripping for their former citizens who then went to join the islamic state. But that has the effect of pawning that problem off on everyone else.
