What Was It Like Being in a Beauty Pageant?
Before doing beauty pageants, i was on the same wave length when it comes to thinking about beauty pageants as shallow and something that would objectify women. I learned so many of my ah strength and skills to day as a business womn from the pageant world. A title in the beauty pageant world is much more than just wearing a crown and waving at people and taking pretty photos. It's really figuring on what platform are you going to fight for? What are the different events or charity work that you can be a part of? How can, how do you raise money as well for these charities?How do you continue a raising awareness for issues that you care about?"
