When we're talking about race, one of the things that comes up pretty frequently is the reality of emotions. And so how do you navigate that while still having a high level ation? Yes, well, i think that both parties, you mention everything we do, were in this negotiation cycle, so both parties have to acknowledge and negotiate. We don't hold people accountable for already understanding our lived experience. It's matter of being vulnerable to say, hey, this conversation really isn't about me trying to change your mind.
