i'm a big fan of time blocks. 55 minutes is usually the kind of the sweet spot, right? Got enough time so that folks can collect their thoughts,. There's some discussion, so it doesn't feel like rushed - especially if people are proposing changes. I've always, actually, always thought that like, a stopping and starting the sprint on a friday was confusing. And then also, am, i don't know, i always feel like all this mrusher on that friday to like, just get as much stuff done by the end of the spritas ible -- probably becaus e was procrastinatedee.
