The Language of Euthanasia and the Medical Profession

The medical profession has a sort of priestly power to justify certain things by sanitizing them. The process is euphemism and the sanitization of the concept of what's taking place. And everyone is able to somehow discharge their moral responsibility without actually feeling that they really take anyone, no one is really holding responsibility for the act that is taking place. If there is a sense of a moral act being performed then people will approach it very differently.
