Why Do We Push Down Feelings Like That?
A lot of people are really hesitant to open up to stress. When we actually allow it, then it's like a wave that passes through us. So if all emotions are vibrations in our body, it's vibrating through our body and stress feels really uncomfortable. And so when we eat, we try to stop the vibration and it's just energy moving through us. But if we allow it to go through us, it's just a wave that comes over us. It's like, oh yeah, this can pass instead of getting stuck in my body.
