How to Find the Defects in Your Business
I like that it's connecting the result that you want with the actions. And even when you can take your eye momentarily off the outputs and know that you're still driving the business forward, I find that really empowering. Amazon is a very defect oriented culture. People celebrate success, but those are kind of short celebrations and they let's spend the rest of the time talking about the defects.
