How to Deal With a Racing Mind at Bedtime

Don't try to work out some emotional issue late at night when you're both tired. Make sure your children get natural light early in the morning to reset their body clocks. Unfortunately, we see it earlier and earlier with younger children having a lot of screen time. So I do at least two hours of no screen. One if you know if push comes to shove but two of the ideal to have no screens.
