The world of work is continuing to change, and i think that we're just of the very beginning of this huge change in the way that we approach people. The mental challenge is only going to increase. Organizations are going to potentially have to look at, what is the impact of all these pro active type am promotive well being resources and women and simonars having? Think we've got a long way to go. So yes, although fingers crossed, we're going to have a normal christmas and go into a new year without any physical health constraint other than what we're living with at the moment.
